Plan My Ski Trip

Tell us your dates and budget and we route your brief to the right chalet companies and tour operators. One short form, tailored proposals back within two working days, and no fee to you. This is the fastest way to turn a vague idea into a priced, bookable ski holiday.

How it works

One brief. The right operators.

You do not need to compare forty chalet websites or guess which resort suits your group. You tell us what matters, we match it to resorts we have actually skied, and we hand your brief to operators who can deliver it. You stay in control and you only talk to the ones whose proposals you like.

It works in three steps. First, you fill in the form below with your dates, group size and budget band. Second, we read it and route it to a short list of chalet companies, tour operators and transfer firms that fit. Third, they send you tailored proposals covering lodging, flights, transfers, lift passes and lessons, and you choose.

A timber and stone ski chalet at dusk with warm lit windows above a snow covered village
A wide groomed piste at first light with empty chairlifts and a clear alpine sky
A private transfer car on a snowy mountain road climbing toward a high alpine resort
What we cover

Everything between your front door and the first lift

A good ski trip is a chain of small decisions. Where to stay, how to get there, which lift pass, how many lessons. We price the whole chain so nothing gets bolted on at the last minute at a worse rate.

Chalets and hotels, ski in ski out apartments, private transfers from the airport, lift passes for the right area, ski hire and lessons for any first timers, and travel insurance if you need it. If your group wants a private chef or childcare, say so and we build it in.

Book the extras and save

Lift passes, airport transfers and lessons are where a trip quietly leaks money. Booking ahead almost always beats the resort window price.

Questions worth asking

Plan My Ski Trip FAQs

Is the planning service free?

Yes. There is no fee to you. We pass your brief to vetted chalet companies and tour operators, who quote you directly. We are paid by the operators, never by adding a markup to your trip.

How much should I budget for a week of skiing?

A comfortable week in the Alps usually lands between $2,000 and $4,000 per person including flights, lodging and a lift pass. Premium catered chalets in the marquee resorts run $4,000 to $8,000 plus per person. Budget trips to eastern Europe or quieter valleys can come in under $2,000.

When is the best time to book?

For peak weeks like Christmas, New Year and the February school holidays, book four to six months ahead. For January and late March you can often find strong value six to eight weeks out. The best chalets and ski in ski out apartments go first.

Can you plan trips outside the Alps?

Yes. We arrange trips across the Alps, North America, Canada and Japan. Tell us the kind of holiday you want and we point you at the resort that actually fits, then price it.

What information do you need from me?

Just the basics to start: your dates or travel month, group size, a rough budget band and any must haves such as ski in ski out, childcare or strong beginner terrain. The more you tell us, the sharper the proposals.

Will you spam me or sell my details?

No. Your brief goes to a small number of relevant operators only. We do not sell data to advertisers and you can opt out at any time.
