How do you order the resorts on each city page?

Are the transfer times exact?
They are honest estimates for normal winter conditions, usually given as a range. Saturday peak traffic in the Alps can add an hour or more, and we say so where it matters.
Is the nearest resort the best choice?
Often not. The closest hill to a city is frequently small or low altitude. Our pick balances transfer time against snow reliability and terrain, and we tell you when an extra 45 minutes buys a much better week.
How should I get from the airport to the resort?
For most groups a prebooked shared or private transfer beats renting a car you will park all week. Each city page links to transfer options for that route.
