Last reviewed February 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you use Ski Resorts for Kings, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to help you plan a trip.
What we collect
We collect the details you choose to enter into our forms. For a trip enquiry that is typically your name, email, group size, travel dates or month, budget band and the destinations you are interested in. For a chalet quote it is your name, email, resort or region, dates and group size. For the newsletter it is your email address only. We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal information.
Our forms are processed by a third party form service that delivers your submission to us. Basic technical data such as your browser type and general location may be logged by our hosting and analytics for security and to understand which pages are useful. We do not publish a public email address, so all contact runs through these forms.
How we use it
We use trip and chalet enquiries to help arrange your holiday. With your submission we route your brief to vetted chalet companies and tour operators who return proposals to you. We use your newsletter email only to send The Powder Brief, which is weekly in season and monthly off season, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your details to advertisers.
