The Royal Guide

Get Chalet Quotes

Tell us the resort, the dates and the size of your group, and we gather catered chalet quotes from vetted operators for you. One short brief, tailored proposals back within two working days, and no fee to you. It is the quickest way to compare real chalet prices without trawling forty company websites.

How it works

One brief. Real chalet prices.

Chalet pricing is famously opaque, with the same week varying widely between operators and changing by the day as beds sell. Rather than chase each one yourself, you send us a single brief and we route it to the chalet companies that actually have suitable availability for your resort and dates.

You stay in control throughout. We do not book anything for you and we do not add a markup. You receive proposals directly from the operators, compare them side by side, and deal only with the ones whose quote and chalet you like.

What a chalet quote covers

What you get back

A good chalet proposal is more than a nightly rate. It should tell you exactly what the week includes so you can compare like with like across operators.

Expect each quote to set out the chalet and its location relative to the lifts, the board basis, whether staff such as a host or chef are included, the total price for your group and the price per person, and what is extra. From there you can decide on lift passes, transfers and lessons, which we can price alongside.

Book the extras and save

Lift passes, airport transfers and lessons are where a trip quietly leaks money. Booking ahead almost always beats the resort window price.

Questions worth asking

Chalet quote FAQs

Is getting chalet quotes free?

Yes. There is no fee to you. We pass your brief to vetted chalet companies, who quote you directly. We are paid by the operators, never by adding a markup to your chalet.

How quickly will I get quotes back?

In season you can expect proposals within two working days. The more detail you give us up front, such as exact dates, group size and any must haves, the faster and sharper the quotes come back.

What does a catered chalet include?

A typical catered chalet includes your room, breakfast on most days, afternoon tea and dinner on several nights with wine, and a host who looks after the chalet. Premium chalets add a private chef, daily cleaning and sometimes a driver. Each quote spells out exactly what is included.

How much does a catered chalet cost per person?

A mainstream catered chalet share runs around $2,000 to $4,000 per person for the week before flights and lift pass. Premium ski in ski out chalets in marquee resorts run $4,000 to $8,000 plus per person, and a fully staffed private chalet sits in the $8,000 plus band.

Can you quote a whole chalet for a group?

Yes. Sole occupancy of a whole chalet is one of the most popular requests, especially for families and groups of friends. Tell us your total group size and we gather quotes for taking the chalet exclusively.

Do I book through you?

No. You receive quotes directly from the operators and book with the one you choose. We simply match your brief to the right chalet companies and step back so you stay in control.
